The wheels of justice keep spinning forward, but sadly the scales of justice sometimes are overweight. Wickedness versus goodness, honesty, integrity and dignity shall help us overcome the roadblocks of evil. The torment must abate. The terror must be reigned in. Criminals must be brought to justice, liberty and peace must be supreme in our society. You helped make that all occur, Officer Cook. Dade County thirty-seven years later, Dade County and its citizens can stand as one thanks to your heroism and bravery. To fight what the sickness that is evil and to do so in a determined and faithfully devoted manner, we cannot say enough. It can make or break some careers, even the lives of such public servants. Yes, we know police work is stressful.
