I went through the test amd physical for NCPD with Richie. He made it, I didn’t. I graduated Farmingdale Senior H.S. before him. One heck of a nice guy. Couldn’t believe when I heard of his death. After all these years I still think of him, and read his story frequently. Only knew him a little while, but will never forget him.
