Three other suspects, two men and a woman, were apprehended and sentenced to life in prison. Another accomplice was not charged since he was convicted of murder for shooting Sergeant Alvis P. Morris, Jr.

Hi,
This was my cousin. I am trying to find out more information about what happened. Since I'm not family the records department will not provide information. I had heard he died in Detroit. This confirms he died in Mt. Clemens. I would like to visit the area someday.
I heard he was ambushed, unfortunately.
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you. gotoheff@gmail.com
