View all 11 ReflectionsJoe was a true Friend of mine and NCIS Patriot. He sent me a wedding day gift just three months before he passed in a tragic 1993 road accident in Sicily.
Each and every day, I wake up, think about, and see Joe in the handmade Sigonella Plates he gifted me on my wall while I drink my morning coffee in my D.C. area kitchen.
