Sergeant Moos succumbed to injuries sustained one month earlier when he was struck by a vehicle on I-295 in Bellmawr. He was assisting another trooper investigate an accident when he was struck while diverting traffic.
He had served with the agency for almost 16 years and was survived by his wife, son, and two daughters.
