Allen Moore

Officer Allen Moore succumbed to an accidental gunshot wound while on duty at about 1:45 am.

He had gone to the Union Pacific Railroad depot and was sitting in the telegraph office. As he stood up his service revolver fell from its holster and discharged, striking him once in the abdomen. He succumbed to the wound a short time later.

Officer Moore was a widower and was survived by his mother and six children.

Here we are in 2020 and the world has sunk into madness. So many killings of Black people being killed by the police. I know it breaks your heart to see such a minority of officers, dishonoring your chosen profession. Again I want to Thank You for giving your life and service to protect our community. I know your granddaughters (Nelcene McCloud, Lillian Howell-McCloud, and Cleo McCloud) and your Great Great Great Grandson (Joshua Delaney) are with you and I hold on tight to all of your memories till I can join my family and be released from this insanity. COVID-19 running rampant, Blacks being lynched, Officers putting chokeholds on our people. Enough when do we get our justly deserved reparations.
