View all 5 ReflectionsAlthough I didn't know Sheriff Kelly personally, The Heartfelt loss of his life in the manner it was taken will linger with me for ever, Some days as I patrol past where the Barker gang gunned him down I visualize what happened that day. As a succeeding Deputy for Howell County it is truly an honor to serve in the same county of which Sheriff Kelly was the our honorable Sheriff.
