Earl Raymond Harrouff

Investigator Earl Harrouff was killed in an automobile crash on U.S. Route 69 approximately 2-1/2 miles south of Cameron, Missouri, at about 4:00 pm.

He had started to pass a truck when an approaching car forced him to cut sharply in front of the truck. His car clipped the truck and overturned, killing Investigator Harrouff and injuring the other investigator.

Investigator Harrouff was a U.S. Army veteran of WWI and WWII. He was survived by his wife, stepdaughter, brother, and father.

On today, the 75th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country-not just as a Law Enforcement Officer but also when you served with the U.S. Army during World Wars I and II. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
