Richard H. Duvall, Jr.

Police Officer Richard Duvall was accidentally shot and killed by his partner as he struggled with a juvenile suspect following a vehicle pursuit of a stolen automobile.

The pursuit ended in the 3800 block of Greenspring Avenue. Officer Duvall was struck by a round fired at the suspect by his partner.

Officer Duvall had served with the Baltimore City Police Department for five years. He is survived by his wife and two children.
