My truest and deepest condolences to the family by blood, by bond, and by badge. I didn’t know Officer Dijoseph in fact I was just a child. I saw the memory posted to the BPD Facebook page and it led me to look him up eventually leading me here. The reflections are touching and as I type this my eyes water. I am sorry. Even after all these years I pray and hope for your justice.
