View all 7 ReflectionsErnest Cassidy is most likely my great grandfather. He left behind a window and several children one of which was my grandmother Margaret Cassidy-Kilpatrick. His son Tommy/Thomas ? Cassidy joined the Chicago PD and retired around 1970. My uncle Tommy was a big influence to me in my late teens as I and my best friend Dave M. Went on to have long careers in LE, both retiring from different agencies in Florida some years ago. RIP Ernest, your great nephew you never got to meet. Mike M.
