Patrolman Floyd,
On today, the 1st anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Summit. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. I know it’s little consolation but at least your fellow Officers took care of the POS that murdered you.
