View all 3 ReflectionsAs I did research about our hometown of Lepanto, AR., I was surprised to find Marshal Perkins passed away serving our citizens. They are tearing down the old prison and we are moving some of the jail bars into the museum. We understand that our town was like the old west back then. We are grateful for his service.
