View all 179 ReflectionsThe Florida Department of Corrections and its members will always have a special place in my heart. This agency made me who I am today. Officer's put their life on the line to protect and serve their community every day. Being a member of law enforcement requires a strong and self motivated person. I would like to thank her family for giving us that person.
This is the ultimate sacrifice officers face every day. God bless this family. Rest in peace to Correctional Officer Tawanna Marin. Thank you for your service. We will take it from here.
