Patrolman Phillip Romano

This was my mom’s brother. I never got to meet you because your life was cut short. My mom spoke of many fond memories of you. My Uncle Phil had a heart of gold and was a very caring generous man. He took my mother in as a young girl when she had no where to go. Her stepmother forced my mother and all of the younger siblings out of the house at an early age. Uncle Phil you have a special place in my heart.
