Chief of Police Edward Norton suffered a fatal heart attack shortly after struggling with two juveniles who had been arrested for disorderly conduct.
The two juveniles violently struggled with Chief Norton and another officer as they were being placed in jail. Chief Norton collapsed and died a short time later.
