View all 8 ReflectionsPatrolman Scanlon, today marks the 53rd anniversary of your murder at the hands of a group of thugs. I'm disappointed that the fate of your killers is not stated but I hope they faced true justice, even if it was to simply come to grips with their actions and suffer for it even if only feelings of true guilt and remorse.
Patrolman Scanlon, thank you for all your service to the people of Lawrence, the Commonwealth and the nation, you are a true hero.
God Bless and may you forever rest in peace, Brother.
