Most Recent Reflection
View all 10 ReflectionsI grew up hearing of the sacrifice of Jesse Browning for the good people of Boone County WV. He was related to my family and I believe him to be a distant cousin of mine. I spent 29 years in Law Enforcement retiring as Captain of the Boone County Sheriff's Department and regularly heard his name mentioned from Rodney Miller a co-worker and the last sheriff I worked under. Rodney worked hard to keep Jesse's memory alive and to get his name on the wall.
RIP Deputy Browning you are not and will not be forgotten.
