View all 9 ReflectionsMy wife, Susan McPeak-Gormley, is the great grand daughter of Officer Duane. Her research and subsequent contact with the Oakland PD ensured that his loss would not be forgotten. Susan would have made a helluva detective. I am honored to have known many officers from the OPD and look upon each as heroes.
