I watched series Justified and read about him afterwards in the internet. It is always a tragedy when servant of law dies on duty. Person like Derek is our shield against criminals and lawlessness and disorder.
I watched a lot of bodycam footages and read about american police and marshall service in USA and have deep respect this people.
Take my condolences , his family, firends and colleagues.
He should and will be remembered as a hero. It does not matter from what country you are if you protect the law and inoccent.
