Patrolman Charles Guy was my grandfather. He was killed years before I was born. Two of my brothers also served in law enforcement. My brother Tommy Guy served in the Middlesboro Ky police department as did our grandfather.
I was proud to read the remembrance about Charles Guy so many years after his death.
Thanks to ODMP for this important site acknowledging those who serve.
