View all 196 ReflectionsBeing your aunt was such a blessing and privilege. I still have a hole in my heart and a frog in my throat because you left this earth. I’m jealous of heaven because you’re there.
I cherish every moment I spent with you. I can recall you as an infant, a youth, a teenager and a young Navy man, and then as a married adult and father.
I salute you for a life well lived!
I know that I will see you again some day. I’m rapture-ready and glad you were living life with the knowledge that Jesus will return.
Loving you still,
Aunt Shirley
