I remember when Mark started at FPD and immediately realized his enthusiasm for the job. We grew to become friends both on and off the job. Mark was kind and caring and put his family above all else. I was a Detective when I received word of what happened and it is a night/morning I will never forget. He is missed to this day. His work both on and off the job changed many people lives for the better.
