Officer Jacks, i'm sorry for what happened to you on that day 23 years ago, as your death was unjustified and you didn't deserve it. But however, what bothers me is the fact that the scumbag who killed you was paroled awhile back, which doesn't make sense. Personally, i think he should've got the death sentence or sentenced without parole, since he obviously knew what he was doing at the time. Not to mention you were just getting started in your career, only having 3 years on the job, which is totally not fair. But however, the person who killed you may have been sent back out into society, but it still won't change the fact he will face judgement day and truly achieve his punishment for taking you away, as he knows what he did. I believe that karma takes it's time to reach those who do wrong, meaning that the person who took you away will face karma, as it is going to take him away eventually. But from what i can tell and from what i read, i can tell you were one of the good cops in law enforcement, since there are some cops out in the world who give police a bad reputation, but you were one of the few that took their job seriously and did it the right way. I think that the people of Chattanooga and tennessee felt good to have officers like you protecting them and making them feel safe, because although your career was short, it doesn't change the large impact you left on the world during your time alive. Although you aren't here physically, you're still there in other's minds and hearts, since you were a caring and kind person to those who knew you. I'm sure that you're resting well in the afterlife, and that one day your killer will receive true justice for his actions, since he should've been put in the ground a long time ago, because he was and most likely is a true danger to society. I believe that in a way they should've denied him for parole, because releasing a spineless coward like him back into the world to most likely cause more trouble is beyond me, and that the judge not only failed the citizens of chattanooga and the state of Tennessee, but he failed you in death for releasing your murderer. But rest assured, his time is coming. Karma is gonna reach him one way or the other, and he will be taken out. But all in all, i'd like to think you did good during your time as an officer, because you were a light to those in need, and you brought comfort and peace to all who needed it, especially in times of danger or sadness. I think that you made a positive effect on everyone who met you, because i can tell you truly were able to lift people's spirits each time they met you, and you most likely had the ability to make people feel secured with officers like you protecting them. But as of now, may you rest in peace knowing your service is appreciated, and that one day your killer will face karma, and that his time will come to an end, so that your family will have closure to know that your murderer received his true punishment, which is death. Just know that the citizens of Tennessee appreciated your service while you were alive, and you did good during your 3 years of service, and you changed lives to those you left an impact on.
