Arthur H. "Bud" Seaman

Deputy Marshal Bud Seaman succumbed to injuries received five days earlier when he was struck by another vehicle while seated in a motorcycle sidecar.

Deputy Marshal Seaman and another marshal were traveling on the Dayton Pike, two miles north of Sharonville, when a truck struck them head-on around 1:20 a.m. The driver fled the scene. Deputy Marshal Seamna was transported to General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Deputy Seaman had served with the North College Hill Police Department for one year. He was survived by his mother, three sisters, and two brothers.
