View all 45 ReflectionsJim and I served in the army together, he was the very best commander we had, we became friends and I too found fulfillment in a law enforcement career after military service. Jim and Ann are always close to my heart even after 39 years have passed, I smile at the memory’s of shared service in Germany with Jim and Ann.
