Tomorrow will mark the 29th anniversary of Lt. Narvaez’s death. I worked with Freddy in the 84 Precinct, he was a 3rd platoon sergeant and I was a rookie cop. He was hands down the best boss on the job. Learned a lot from him.

Rest in peace my friend.
