Most Recent Reflection
View all 36 ReflectionsIt's been 28 years and every time I drive on Route 404, I pass the memorial in your honor. I had only lived in Delaware for 3 years when this happened. By all accounts, everyone that I have met that knew you had reflected on what a proud a faithful trooper you were and what a distinguished career you would have had. Continue to rest easy and continued prayers to your family
