View all 13 ReflectionsI've always been proud of my Father and his service to our country in the Navy and to the City of Fort Worth as a FWPD motor officer. I was 2 and a half when he passed at age 35, so I don't have many memories of him. I was fortunate to speak with Tommy Tucker and other FWPD motor officers over the years who helped fill in gaps regarding "Steve's" work life. They all agreed that he had a friendly, easy-going demeanor, a natural leader and even motorists he ticketed never had a complaint. His Stephenson legacy lives on in his grandsons and granddaughter, and his impact on our lives will never be forgotten. Thank you for remembering him.
