Isiah Roberts

Technical Sergeant Isiah Roberts was shot and killed while responding to a domestic disturbance call on George AFB in California. He and another officer were both shot after responding to the call. The other officer recovered from his wounds.

The subject who shot Sergeant Roberts was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison, but was released after serving only seven years.

Sergent Roberts had served in the United States Air Force for 19 years and was assigned to the 831st Security Police Squadron.

Wow, as a former (Retired) Security Police/Security Forces member and serving in California, I am surprised this is is the first time I am hearing of this . I salute you sir, and in reading the background behind the gunfire, I know you were just trying to mediate and look out for another brother in blue. I don’t know the background to this or the justice (the lack there of) only 7 years for this does not seem right, but we know there is the ultimate court of courts that someone will have to answer to, not trying to throw religion into this, I just know that this brother in blue gave the ultimate and May you Rest In Peace.
