View all 8 ReflectionsIt always fascinates me that you pass a street and never know what may have happened there many years ago I was assigned to NYPD mounted troop G next door to the 102 pct and had no idea of police Officer Ringhauser and his tragic death so very many years ago . It would be proper if the City would put up a permanent marker where a Policer Officer lost his life in a line of duty incident , But who in NYC cares or would want to put up several hundred such markers.
