I met Joe when I was working with the Cleveland County Sheriff Dept. I rode many shifts with Joe, while he was assigned to troop A metro. I’ll never forget the times I spent with joe, and the many things he taught me. He asked me several times to join him on a shift while he was piloting, but it never happened as my shift would interfere. Thank you Joe, for all the times spent and the friendship that I’ll cherish all my life.
