The statute of limitations sometimes unfairly disrupts the balance of justice, trust and truth. Good men and women struck down in the prime of their lives by a rash of wanton and heinous evil. Taken before their time to a place where only God looks after their distinctly honorable and humanely brave souls. Hearts that should still be beating. Families all left searching for answers.
