Water usually cools one down. That day in Dade County I don't think it would have helped Mr. Pearsall. He was in need of medical help and all you did, Officer Cook, was to respond with Reserve Officer Scott Lincoln and try to extinguish his menacing fires of hate and bitterness all at your sacrifice of your honesty, character, dignity and integrity.
