The clergy who married you and Karen that day, Officer Cook had to have seen such a special couple. A man who was raised as Karen was with honor and respect, who knew what God expected from a great public servant. Dade County had its good times and not so good moments as tension and unrest filled the airwaves that day you answered your very last call of duty. Blessed with bravery and boldness, nothing was going to deter you from rescuing your comrades and trying to end Mr. Pearsall's day of destruction in undermining your department. Humility bestowed upon a blessed soul and for having acumen and wisdom, Officer Cook, may your spirit be bound in His wings of pristine clarity forevermore.
