A man who was raised as Karen was with honor and respect, who knew what God expected from a great public servant. I'm sure Reserve Officer Scott Lincoln was an excellent partner as I understood he rode once a month with Metro-Dade Police Officers. Partners are the extra set of eyes and ears that Our Creator gives to His honorable flock of angels here to patrol for peace while searching for terror and other wanton crimes. You were a superior individual, Officer Cook, honest and humble, trusted and firm who distinguished himself in all traits. Character, conviction, heroic commitment and of course those words of courage through integrity and dignity.
