A life is the most precious thing there is on Earth. Breathing and functioning are the most essential parts. Planning and preparing to go out on patrol to basically maintain a staple of unity, liberty and calmness are why we have police. Police don't always get a lot of time to size up a circumstance or situation. They must act prudently, honestly and with a sense of dignity when the dangers to the public they serve and protect escalate.
