We as humans seem to be creatures of habit. Police officers must have habit forming honesty, devout dignity and congenial integrity while possessing remarkable character in the very face of terror. You kept your words of trust and truth while protecting Dade County with all your might. Straight from your heroic heart and soul that dispersed serenity and unity as all humble servants must. Those journeys and missions of hope and goodwill are not always pleasant and simple. It was the undying and unselfish commitments to excellence that steered your pathways in life and a career sadly shortened by wickedness heinous and very wanton. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
