I still cannot believe your mother, Mrs. Julia Cook passed at the tender age of one-hundred and three. I could help but to think about you, Officer Cook and your sacrifice, your honor and humility as you excelled in service and in protecting all Dade County. With patience, perseverance and prudent heroically prudent actions you saved an entire community from one individual's hell bent violence. You performed very admirably and most passionately.
