You made your mark in Dade County police history, Officer Cook, by preserving the dignities and honor of all citizens. From point A to point B you had all the bases covered. A superb man of strength and endurance during those most heated moments. Thank God for your faith, loyalty and diverse administration in handling bedlam and who knows what else.
