The lights flash. The buttons get pushed. It's time to enter a new world where violence and evil must be immediately uprooted from our very humanity. Sure it does time, all the skills and feats of heroes and heroines alike basically giving of themselves, their class and honor and most of all integrity, character and the decency of dignity. Living by these doctrines were you able to patrol, Officer Cook, in and around Dade County searching for a sense of purpose, reason and quiet times for its citizens. Heaven's lights are full of humility and civility to fully augment sanctity and fruition within those perfect and proud gates where Our Lord has many spirited souls of unrelenting resolve and proficient undertakings. This morning as I was driving near where you and Karen lived, I was thinking about some of your old colleagues,Officer David Graveline, I believe he is doing radio out west on Serius XM and your other peer, Detective Sergeant Mark Seiden whose wife, Lt. Cheryl Seiden was shot and killed in the line of duty. You gave Dade County's folks first class effort that epitomized your legacy as an honorable and dignified hero.
