It's in a genuinely likable young man who served Dade County with all his mettle as you so solemnly did, Officer Cook, for a quarter of your life you worked hard to become a proficient man of character and the class that dignity and integrity inspire. You never took things for granted, Officer Cook, the stability and quiet days and nights were under your unpretentious leadership abilities. A man born to run.
