I met Roger in 1994 when I joined a the technical rescue team I am still serving with. Roger was the most kind and caring teddy bear anyone could ever meet. He had a servants heart and would do anything possible to help folks having the most terrible day of their lives. Roger will forever be remembered and never forgotten. He was a friend to everyone. RIP Roger, we got it from here.
