SIR, I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION AND YOUR SERVICE TOWARDS YOUR DEPARTMENT ANF YOUR COMMUNITY, ALTHOUGH I NEVER TAKED TO YOU IN PERSON I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT YOU MADE A IMPACT ON OTHERS LIFE YOU INSPIRED THEM, YOU WERE AND ARE A AMAZING ROLE MODLE. WHEN WE WERE IN THE RAIN RUNNING DURING OUR COLORS RUN I DIDN'T WANY TO GIVE UP NOT ONLY BECAUSE DEPUTY BECK TOLD US THAT WE NEED TO KEEP TRYING BUT I WAS SO MOTIVATED BECAUSE I WAS THINKING THAT YOU WERE LOOKING AT US AND THAT YOU WOULD BE PROUD. I REMEMBERED THE BRAVERY ANF COURAGE YOU HAD DURING DUTY AND I WANTED TO NOT GIVE UP TO HONOR YOU AND YOUR FALLEN BROTHERS. Detective William Osborn, Sir I never met you but all the service you did the 33 years will not be forgotten. I will never forget why I ran, it was to honor you and the two other detectives. You are the bravest of the brave you risked your life for the city of Los Angeles to be safer. Thank you for your sacrifice and service you did for the Los Angeles sheriff’s department. This sacrifice made your family have this difficult time but I pray that your family and friends are safe and good and may your rest in peace.
