Sammy was elected Senior Patrol Leader in Troop 388 when I was fortunate to be the Scout Master. After several campouts, summer camps, and just regular meetings, I can tell you that Sammy was top notch.
Elected by his peers, Sammy always served. I am not surprised he went into a difficult situation to help others - it is who he is.
Blessings Sammy, for you and your family.
