Lord our God, you are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Our Brother-in-Blue, Police Officer Christopher Reese, of the Virginia Beach VA Police Department, was suddenly and violently taken from us; Shot & Killed in the Line-of-Duty. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and comrades by the power and protection of the cross. I ask this through Christ Jesus, our Lord, and by His Holy Name and Authority, I pray. Amen.

Officer Reese, a police officer, should be remembered not by how he died but by how he lived! A brave man has left to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you for your 3 years of commitment to law enforcement, your family, and the Virginia Beach Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace, Brother!
