As a retired police officer, I salute you and your partner for making the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. You were taken from us far too soon, and it pains me to know that such a dedicated hero has fallen while protecting and serving the community you loved. My heart goes out to your family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know you. To our brothers and sisters in uniform who now carry on without you—may they find strength in your memory and honor your legacy with every shift. Rest easy, knowing your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
