Officer Ritter, I am so sorry that your tour of duty ended so tragically for you. You were so young, so brave, and willing to risk your life to serve others. How I wish that tragic day had a different outcome; one where you went home at the end of your shift with peace of mind and body, satisfied that you put in a good day's work. Sadly, it wasn't meant to be. Rest peacefully, young officer. You are now in the loving embrace of our Lord and Savior. You will never be forgotten.

God Bless you Jamieson, although I never had the pleasure of directly working with you, I have heard from those I trust and they echo what a solid young man you were, always embedded in both service to the community you served and in the military. Your good deeds on this earth will carry on in your name, you will never be forgotten. Unfortunately, this is just more proof that life is not fair and the righteous are often asking why? Thank you for your service and I pray for peace and healing for your family and friends and loved ones.
