On today, the 90th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served during World War I.

Terrible tragedy to your grandpa Mr. Hopkins. May he rest in peace. My dad served with the 102nd precinct between 1928 and 1966. He will be a hero forever.

Thank you all for your thoughts and kind words toward my grandfather. A father of two young sons 6 and 12 when he was killed and loving husband to my Grandma, Mary Hopkins

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 77th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
