Reflections for Police Officer William Coleman Cook

Cry no more for you, Officer Cook and your loving parents are together waiting for that soon to be ultimate resurrection. Heaven is a peaceful place, though still way too many heroes and heroines who gave their lives occupy the highest and most heroically humble seat there is to sleep soundly on. For saving Dade County and its people , surely honor and integrity, the reverence and respect for dignity shall follow your soul for eternity. A great man taken too soon but fondly remembered by his peers, family and supportive community. Though I will still cry for you and your parents, Officer Cook, when I found out about your mother I did exactly that. I know everyone will say she lived a long and richly devout and faithful life, I imagine the good Lord felt that it was time to reunite her beautiful soul with those of your father, Charles, may he too rest in peace and you my neighbor, friend and hero of character and commitment, rest in peace.
