Certainly, evil, terror, violence and turmoil confound, confront and try their hardest to confuse mankind and in particular, police officers. That steadiness and trustworthiness must come forward and be attentive to the needs of the community of which you were, Officer Cook. Heroism, honor and respect were not hearsay. They all functioned under Our Maker's watch and those of your supervisors, my neighbor, friend and hero.
